Miller Lite introduced a new 16-ounce package that’s both a can and bottle. The aluminum pint bottle has a wider opening for smoother flow, while the aluminum cools like a can and the re-sealable closure helps lock in freshness.

Miller Lite won the World Beer Cup’s gold medal for Best American-Style Light Lager in 1996, 1998, 2002, and 2006. It also won the Great American Beer Festival’s silver medal in 2003 in the same category

“The great taste of Miller Lite gets even better when it’s enjoyed from our new aluminum pint,” Grant Leech, Miller Lite’s vp of marketing, said in a statement. “This package drinks like a bottle and cools like a can to deliver an invigorating taste experience.”
